Michael Pede

Michael is a member of Osler’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Michael’s experience also includes energy transactions.

Michael received his JD from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with distinction. Prior to law school, Mike completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria. Following his undergraduate degree, he worked at a small Calgary-based accounting office for five years.
