Leah is an associate in Osler’s Intellectual Property department, where she applies her scientific background and industry experience to help clients in patent dispute matters.
Leah has represented leading generic pharmaceutical companies in patent litigation matters before the Federal Court, including proceedings under the Patented Medicine (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, and contributed to the successful resolution of complex patent proceedings.
In addition, Leah prepares infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate opinions, particularly in respect of pharmaceutical patents.
