Dan is a partner in the Corporate Group of our Calgary office and his practice focuses on capital markets and private equity. Dan advises issuers and underwriters on investment grade and high yield debt offerings, equity offerings and debt liability management transactions, and also advises companies and private equity sponsors on a range of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
