Charles is the Knowledge Management Lawyer for Osler’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He works closely with the Firm’s litigators to deliver excellence in client service. Charles ensures the Firm’s institutional knowledge is captured, refined, and accessible. He is especially focused on using technology to surface insights, solve problems, and build new tools, while always aiming to increase the efficiency and quality of the Firm’s advocacy work. In this vein, Charles is deeply involved in the Firm’s innovation projects, both within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department and firmwide.
