Professional Development

We offer one of the most comprehensive professional development programs in Canada. Our high-quality orientation program, practice workshops, and on-going legal training are designed to develop your expertise as specialists in an increasingly complex business and legal landscape.

You will participate in a program curated by Osler’s in-house Career Development Officer designed to help you develop critical practice management skills and create your own professional story. These sessions cover topics including: The Art of Feedback, Goal Setting with a Purpose, Practice Management, Resilience and more!  

Our dedicated Career Development Officer is also available to provide individual on-going coaching and career development expertise to our students in all offices.
