Yasir is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group. His practice covers many areas of banking, finance and securities law with an emphasis on lending and securitization in both domestic and cross-border commercial settings. Yasir’s practice involves advising financial institutions and corporations in connection with complex financing and corporate matters, corporate lending, acquisition financing, syndicated loans, cross-border financing, secured credit and securitizations.
