Warren has a practice that covers areas of corporate, financial services and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, structured finance, and securitization.
Warren acts for financial institutions, alternative capital providers, issuers and borrowers on debt offerings, financing transactions, restructurings and on a variety of securitization and structured finance transactions covering auto and equipment loans and leases, residential mortgages, consumer loans and credit card loans.
Prior to joining Osler, Warren was senior legal counsel for a major Canadian financial institution, where he advised leadership and management on general corporate matters, capital market transactions, and public company requirements.
