Stephanie is an associate in the Disputes Group of our Calgary office. She practices general commercial litigation with a focus on energy and environmental matters, contract disputes, and complex commercial arbitrations. Stephanie has appeared at the Court of King's Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta, and has experience conducting matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. Stephanie has also conducted an array of disputes in domestic and international arbitration proceedings under various institutional and ad hoc rules. Stephanie’s arbitration experience includes dealing with significant energy disputes involving construction issues, joint venture operations, and operating agreements.
