Shira is an associate in Osler’s Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, emerging companies, and private equity transactions.
Shira obtained her J.D. at Queen’s University. While at Queen’s, Shira worked as an analyst for Queen’s Conflict Analytics Lab, assisting with the development of machine learning tools aimed at improving investor protection in capital markets and access to justice. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022.
