Sarah is an associate in our Montréal office and is a member of Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Her practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Sarah has acquired extensive experience in both the Québec and Ontario jurisdictions in several areas of law including business law, commercial law and civil responsibility. She has appeared before the Court of Appeal of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Federal tribunals.
Prior to joining Osler, Sarah was an associate of the venture capital group at a global leading law firm.
