Sandy Yeung

Sandy’s practice is focused on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, and leasing of office, industrial and retail space.  Sandy is experienced in acting for property owners with respect to title-related work for their real estate portfolios, such as land conveyances, easements and operating agreements, shared services agreements, and other registrations associated with property development projects.  Sandy also provides real estate advice to corporate acquisitions, reorganizations and equity offerings.
