Sahil is an associate in our Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, emerging companies, private equity and general corporate and commercial matters.
Sahil completed the JD/MBA joint program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts from York University. Sahil joined the firm as a summer student in 2016 and completed his articles with the firm from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, he also completed a secondment at Osler’s New York office.
