Sahil is an associate in our Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice focuses on startups and high growth companies throughout their lifecycle.
Sahil routinely advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, formation and corporate structuring, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate and commercial matters.
During his time at Osler, Sahil completed a secondment to Shopify, working in the Shopify Ventures group (formerly, Shopify Acceleration). Sahil also completed a secondment to Osler’s New York office.
Sahil holds a JD/MBA from the joint program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business.
