Rosalind is Co-Chair of Osler's Capital Markets Group and is a highly regarded corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising on equity and debt offerings as well as M&A transactions. She regularly acts on capital markets deals including IPOs and other public securities offerings, private placements and consent solicitations.
Rosalind’s issuer clients include Hydro One, Royal Bank of Canada and Chartwell Retirement Residences. She frequently represents Canada’s largest investment banks on offerings by senior issuers such as Rogers Communications, Element Fleet Management and Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust.
Rosalind has advised on a wide range of private M&A deals in many industries including financial services and entertainment. She has also represented banks and major Canadian retailers on commercial agreements related to their loyalty and credit card programs. Rosalind was previously seconded to the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
