As a senior associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies practice group, Riley advises investors, entrepreneurs, and private companies in all stages of their lifecycle on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private equity financings, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
