Quentin is a seasoned attorney specializing in commercial litigation, based out of our Montreal office. He is recognized for his expertise in resolving highly complex civil and commercial disputes.
His legal practice is characterized by a deep understanding of legal and commercial issues, as well as his ability to ensure judicious and effective management of judicial proceedings. His strategic approach and attention to detail enable him to successfully navigate through complex legal matters, particularly in the areas of class actions, contractual disputes, product liability, and shareholder conflicts.
Quentin has also gained considerable experience in real estate litigation by handling cases involving land disputes, commercial leases, contested real estate transactions, construction disputes, and project development. His knowledge of regulatory and contractual nuances in the real estate sector allows him to provide effective litigation strategies and vigorously defend his clients’ interests.
Quentin has represented clients at all levels of jurisdiction in Quebec, including various administrative tribunals, as well as the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. He stands out for his ability to prepare solid cases, articulate a persuasive narrative, and formulate compelling legal arguments.
During his studies, he was the winner of the prestigious Pierre-Basile-Mignault moot court competition in civil law, where he was honored with the title of best oralist. This recognition is a testament to his exceptional advocacy skills and his commitment to legal excellence.
