Paul is a Partner in Osler’s Disputes Department and is a key contact for the firm’s Construction and Infrastructure practice group. Paul has extensive experience in trials and arbitrations involving complex construction and infrastructure disputes.
Paul advises project participants on disputes related to a broad range of construction and infrastructure projects including airport facilities, subways, power plants (nuclear, gas, solar, wind), highways, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and civil works facilities. His practice covers all aspects of construction law including disputes involving construction contracts, power purchase agreements, construction liens, mortgage priorities, delay claims, bidding and tendering matters, negligence claims, bond and insurance claims, and construction trusts.
