Patrick is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group, which focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities matters for clients in the technology space. Prior to his legal career, Patrick worked in the technology industry in Asia and earned his master’s degree in economics.
