Nataly Dil

Nataly is an associate in our Emerging and High Growth Companies group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, emerging companies, venture capital, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Nataly completed the J.D. program at Queen’s University and took part in the exchange program at Tel Aviv University for a semester. While at Queen’s University, Nataly co-founded the Queen’s Venture Law Society and volunteered with the Queen’s Business Law Clinic. In 2019, Nataly was awarded the Women’s Law Association of Ontario/Torkin Manes LLP Trailblazer Award for her business leadership, innovation, and potential for growth. Prior to joining Osler, Nataly completed her articles at another leading national law firm.
