Maeve’s practice is focused on environmental, regulatory and Aboriginal law issues that affect energy and natural resource development projects. She has assisted with matters before the Canada Energy Regulator and the Alberta Energy Regulator and with proceedings at the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Maeve regularly contributes to Osler’s Canada Energy Transition blog.
Maeve studied law at the University of Victoria where she completed terms at The Law Centre legal clinic and at The Environmental Law Clinic. As a co-op student, Maeve worked at Osler, at an independent office of the Yukon legislature, and at an Aboriginal law firm in British Columbia.
