Lucas Thomson

Lucas is a Law Clerk in the Corporate practice group. He is experienced in SEDAR filings of all continuous disclosure documents, including, but not limited to, interim and annual financial documents, press releases, early warning and alternative monthly reports, material change reports, and exempt trade reports. He is also qualified in all insider reporting transactions involving SEDI. Lucas is knowledgeable to the laws relevant to the securities practice including working knowledge of the Ontario Securities Act and the National Instruments, Forms and Policies. He prides himself on constantly adjusting his knowledge to the ever-changing securities world.
