Lucas is an associate in the Financial Services Group of our Toronto office. His practice is focused on a wide range of corporate and financing matters including domestic and cross-border commercial lending, acquisition financings, project financings and securitizations.
Prior to joining Osler, Lucas practiced in the Banking & Finance and Infrastructure groups of an international law firm.

*Royal Bank of Canada and Caisse Desjardins Ontario Credit Union Inc.: Advising RBC, as administrative agent and the syndicate of lenders consisting of RBC and Caisse Desjardins, on the establishment of a CA$247 million construction facility to Albert & Main Developments Inc. and 5015218 Ontario Inc. in respect of the development and construction of two residential-purpose towers, together with a non-residential purpose podium and below grade parking facility, to be known as “Albert + Lyon” in downtown Ottawa.
*High Frequency Rail project: Advising Transport Canada in respect of the Government of Canada’s proposed high frequency rail project to create faster and more reliable intercity passenger rail service to the largest cities within the Toronto to Quebec City Corridor.
