Kiana is an associate in Osler’s Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate governance matters.
Kiana graduated from the JD program at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. Prior to law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelors with a Double Major in Criminology and Human Rights & Equity Studies at York University. She graduated at the top of her class with the Governor General Silver Medal and was her class valedictorian in 2018.
Kiana joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm in 2023.
