Justin Sherman

Justin is a partner in Osler’s Corporate Group. His practice is focused on merger and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. He has experience acting for underwriters and issuers in domestic and cross-border debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, shelf and short form prospectus offerings and private placements. Justin has advised clients on merger and acquisition transactions, including plans of arrangement, hostile take-over bids and share and asset acquisitions. He has also acted on private equity transactions and complex CBCA recapitalizations. 

In addition to his transactional experience, Justin regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure obligations, with particular expertise advising energy companies in these areas.
