Jenna is a Paralegal in Osler’s Corporate and Emerging and High Growth Companies Practice Group. She supports the maintenance of physical and virtual minute books, drafting of documents required to keep companies current with their filing and disclosure obligations, including annual resolutions, returns and reports, director/officer changes and other various company updates. Jenna assists with preparing and filing extra-provincial registrations, annual maintenance and registration/cessation of business names.
Additionally, she has experience in providing corporate due diligence reviews, preparing closing documentation to incorporations, share and asset sales, corporate financing, capital alteration and various other share transactions.
