Jean-Philippe is a partner in the Corporate Law group of our Montreal office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity.
As a trusted advisor, Jean-Philippe has extensive experience acting for private and public companies, private equity firms, boards of directors and management teams in Canadian, U.S. and international transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, securities offerings, auctions, carve-out transactions, strategic investments, recapitalizations, reorganizations, joint ventures and other corporate matters.
