Jayne Cooke

Jayne is an associate in Osler’s Disputes group. Jayne obtained her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, where she graduated with distinction. While at Osgoode, Jayne assisted new entrepreneurs in growing their businesses through her position as Senior Caseworker at the Osgoode Business Clinic. Additionally, Jayne was selected to represent Osgoode’s team at the Davies’ Annual Corporate/Securities Law Moot. Throughout her studies, Jayne was a part-time Work/Study student with Osgoode Professional Development, Osgoode’s LLM program, where she assisted in the onboarding and integration of hundreds of internationally trained lawyers in the early stages of their Canadian legal accreditation process.

Jayne joined Osler as a summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the firm in 2020-2021.
