Jasleen is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Calgary office. Jasleen’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Jasleen received her J.D. from the University of Calgary. Prior to law school, Jasleen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University and later went on to attain her Chartered Professional Accountant (C.P.A.) designation after which Jasleen practiced as a C.P.A. at a multinational public accounting firm for several years.
