Janette serves as the Chief Legal Talent Officer for Osler. In this role, Janette oversees all programs relating to associates, law students and paraprofessionals. She has over twenty years of progressive experience and responsibility in the legal services industry including recruitment, performance management, career progression, compensation and professional development of legal professionals. Prior to joining Osler in 2003, Janette was both a partner and the Director of Professional Development at large national law firms and has extensive experience and knowledge of the uniqueness of the law firm business, environment and culture.
