Jacqueline Kang

Jacqueline is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Jacqueline completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Bronze Medal for graduating third overall in her class.  During law school, she served as Co-President of Osgoode’s Korean Law Students’ Association, assisted first-year law students as a dean’s fellow for Professor Van Wagner’s Property Law class, and created a volunteer initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic that assisted small businesses navigate government support programs.

Jacqueline joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm in 2023.
