Erin Rubin

Erin’s practice concentrates on complex commercial transactions involving technology products, service arrangements, business processes, and strategic partnerships. Erin regularly supports financial institutions, retailers, emerging and high growth companies, and other enterprises in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including software-as-a-service agreements, master service agreements and statements of work, data agreements, procurement documents, software licences, and loyalty and other strategic program agreements.

Erin advises on regulatory and legal issues in areas including data protection, open banking, licensing, and OSFI B-10 compliance.

Erin has been recognized as a Rising Star by IFLR and proudly co-leads the Osler Women Lawyers’ Network.
