Elie Laskin

Elie is a litigator based in Osler’s Vancouver office. Elie’s practice involves complex disputes with a focus on commercial litigation and class action defense. She is called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia, and maintains a practice in both jurisdictions. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and American Arbitration Association.

Elie graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School where she served as a senior editor and head of the recruitment and selection committee of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Prior to joining Osler, Elie practiced at a large international law firm in Toronto, Ontario.
