Dov Begun

Dov specializes in the areas of the taxation of employee and executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, and the taxation of emerging companies and high-technology transactions. He also advises multinational clients investing in and carrying on business in Canada.

Dov is a frequent lecturer on matters relating to executive compensation, stock options and related phantom and stock-based incentive plans. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
