Dorsa is an associate in Osler’s Franchise and Distribution group. She earned a Dual J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, where she actively contributed to the law school community as a representative for the Windsor Law Legal Innovation Hub and as a volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada.
Before law school, Dorsa obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), majoring in Law and Business with a minor in Professional Communication. During her time at TMU, she held various leadership roles on the Law and Business Student Association and co-founded the inaugural Law and Business Conference while serving as President.
Dorsa joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm from 2023-2024. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Business Development Associate at a legal technology startup.
