Daniel is an associate in the Montréal office and a member of the Corporate group. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law, corporate governance and emerging and high growth companies. He has experience acting for private and public issuers in connection with financings, for investors in their portfolio investments and divestitures as well as for buyers and sellers in connection with acquisition, merger and restructuring transactions.
