Chelsea Rubin

Chelsea is an associate in Osler’s Competition/Antitrust, Foreign Investment and International Trade Groups. Her practice covers all areas of competition/antitrust, foreign investment, and international trade, with a focus on sanctions law, compliance, and risk management.

Chelsea is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. She has interned at various United Nations offices, including the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in the Hague, and Canada’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations.

Prior to law school Chelsea obtained a Masters in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Western Ontario. She joined Osler as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019-2020.
