Carrington is an Associate in Osler’s Employment and Labour Group. She advises employers on general employment law matters, such as hiring, promotions, discipline, terminations, and COVID-19 workplace-related issues. Carrington has substantial experience drafting employment agreements, consulting agreements, termination letters, and workplace policy manuals. She regularly assists employers in navigating complex legal issues with respect to employment standards, human rights, accommodations, and workplace investigations. Carrington routinely represents employers in employment law disputes and litigation matters, including wrongful dismissal actions, employment standards claims, and human rights complaints. She also advises employers on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
Prior to joining Osler, Carrington was an Associate at a leading regional full-service law firm.
