Caroline Stephens

Caroline’s practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate law, including real estate transactions, construction law, financing and real estate components in major merger and acquisition transactions. She also assists landlords and tenants in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial leases.

In recent years, Caroline has participated in a number of large real estate transactions, knowing how to adapt and cater to the needs of local and national real estate clients, whether it be real estate developers or real estate portfolio and asset managers. Her clients can rely on her expertise, proactivity and honesty to obtain innovative solutions to the complex and strategic questions they are faced with. Caroline combines her law and business knowledge to provide practical and effective advice.

In addition to her passion for law, Caroline also plays an important role in the community, being a co-founder of the Université de Montréal’s Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer Young Philanthropists. Since 2016, she is actively involved in promoting and funding that institution.
