Brodie is a Vancouver litigator whose practice includes complex, high stakes disputes involving appellate litigation, administrative and constitutional litigation, and class actions defense. He regularly appears in courts across Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in British Columbia and Ontario, and the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench.
Brodie also has an active pro bono and public interest advocacy practice, and in 2023 was named to Pro Bono Ontario’s Honour Roll.
Brodie received his law degree from McGill University where he graduated with the Aimé Geoffrion Medal. After graduating he served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Gascon of the Supreme Court of Canada. Prior to joining Osler in 2021, Brodie practiced at a Toronto litigation boutique.
