Aya is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group. Her practice is focused on a wide range of corporate and financing matters, including domestic and cross-border commercial lending, syndicated loans, structured financings and securitizations.
Aya joined Osler as a summer student in 2021 and returned to complete her articles with the firm in 2022-2023.
