Alexandra Alacchi

Alexandra advises private equity sponsors, public issuers and private companies across a wide range of industries on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other complex strategic transactions. She also has experience acting for emerging and high growth companies throughout their life cycle, from initial structuring through to exit and beyond.

While attending the B.C.L/LL.B. program at McGill University, Alexandra clerked at the Cour du Québec. Before law school, she worked in public policy and international affairs in Montréal, Paris, Geneva and New York. Alexandra also worked as an advisor to a federal cabinet minister in Ottawa prior to joining Osler.
