Jamie is a student at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law (class of 2025). Their interests focus on corporate law, governance and taxation. Jamie is involved in the Faculty of Law student body and serves as the Treasurer of the International Law Students’ Association to present a range of social and professional events and promote topics in international law.
Jamie earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Saskatchewan Edwards School of Business. Jamie’s coursework focused on corporate finance, organizational behaviour, and consumer behaviour – coursework that continues to inform and guide his legal education. After serving in many volunteer roles in student associations, Jamie served two consecutive terms as the Vice-President of Operations and Finance for the University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union (USSU) overseeing the financial and business affairs of the $27 million dollar enterprise.
