Professional Development
We offer one of the most comprehensive professional development programs in Canada.
Our high-quality education programs, practice workshops, and on-going legal trainings are designed to develop your expertise as specialists in an increasingly complex business and legal landscape.
In addition to the regional Student Programs team, you will be supported by our dedicated Career Development Officer, who provides on-going coaching and career development expertise to our students and legal professionals. This unique internal resource will help you start right by guiding and supporting you through the early stages of your legal career.
Innovation and Teamwork
As part of your Osler experience, you can expect unparalleled support resources that match the quality of our legal services.
This includes dedicated Knowledge Management lawyers who support our practice groups, training specialists, dedicated teams that assist with the production of documents, cutting-edge AI with Osler Works Transactional and Osler Works Disputes, a comprehensive library, a marketing and business development team, as well as being assigned a skilled legal assistant as of your first day as a student.
Osler Diversity Scholarship Program
This program will provide up to two $2,500 scholarships each year to law students who, like us, seek to promote diversity and inclusion.
