On June 10, 2020, Firelight Infrastructure Partners LP completed the sale of its interests in a 67MW portfolio including three utility-scale ground-mounted solar generating products in Ontario and four wind farm generating projects in Nova Scotia, to Potentia Renewables Inc. The portfolio consists of multiple operational wind and solar power projects located in Canada. The solar projects are operated under 20-year power purchase agreements with the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) and the wind projects are operated under 20-year power purchase agreements with Nova Scotia Power Inc. under its Community Feed-In Tariff (COMFIT) Program in partnership with local First Nations Communities.
