On November 8, 2021, Vertu Capital announced it had acquired a majority stake in PathFactory, a B2B digital marketing platform. The acquisition will provide PathFactory with Vertu Capital’s domain expertise to support the company’s global scaling, and will allow PathFactory to accelerate the growth of its platform.
Vertu Capital is a private equity firm focused on investments in Canadian technology companies.
