On February 23, 2022, Teranet Holdings LP announced the closing of its $500 million senior secured bonds offering. The offering was made by a syndicate of agents co-led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., and included Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., TD Securities Inc., and National Bank Financial Inc.

Teranet is Canada’s leader in the delivery and transformation of statutory registry services with extensive expertise in land and commercial registries.
