On June 12, 2018, TELUS Corporation announced that it has successfully closed its previously announced offering of US$750 million of senior unsecured 4.60 per cent 30-year notes, maturing on November 16, 2048.

The notes were offered through a syndicate of underwriters led by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.

TELUS is a leading national telecommunications company, providing a wide range of communications products and services, including wireless, data, Internet protocol, voice, television, entertainment, video and home security. TELUS has an annual revenue of $13.6 billion and 13.1 million subscriber connections, including 8.9 million wireless subscribers, 1.8 million high-speed Internet subscribers, 1.3 million residential network access lines and 1.1 million TELUS TV customers.
