On November 30, 2021, Spire Global (NYSE: SPIR) completed its proposed acquisition of exactEarth (TSX:XCT) for $204.2 million in cash and stock. Under the transaction, exactEarth will become a subsidiary of Spire Global and will create a global leader in the space-based maritime data and analytics industry.
