On July 17, 2023, SAGE Property Group announced the sale of its Harbour and Manor senior living facilities and related businesses located in Rocky View County, Alberta, to Shepherd’s Care Foundation. The Harbour and Manor seniors’ residences consist of 32 memory care suites and 159 studio/one-bedroom assisted living suites.
