On February 1, 2024, Q4 announced the completion of its previously announced plan of arrangement. Pursuant to the arrangement, an entity controlled by Sumeru Equity Partners acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company for $6.05 in cash per common share. Certain shareholders exchanged their common shares of Q4 for securities of the purchaser in a rollover exchange transaction. As a result of the transaction, Q4 became a private company and the common shares were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
