Prospector Capital Corp. in its business combination with LeddarTech for US$ 348 million

On June 13, 2023, Prospector Capital Corp. announced its business combination agreement with LeddarTech for a pro-forma equity value of US$ 348 million. Through this agreement, LeddarTech will be provided with US$ 66 million in gross cash proceeds which will be utilized towards expanding their range of products and customer engagements levels and to fund the commercialization of its first embedded software solutions.
